Automations/Manual work at volume/Outbound systems

We absorb the manual work, then automate it.

Some work can’t be automated on day one. It needs a person on every row until the rules get clear. So we take it off your team, run it at volume, and build the system once we know what the rules really are.

What we take on

Three ways in, depending on how clear the rules are.

01

Custom automations

We map the process you actually run, then build around it. Not an off-the-shelf tool bent into a shape it was never meant to hold.

Voice agents, document processing, scoring and routing, data pipelines, internal tooling.

02

Manual work at volume

The work that needs judgement on every row and can't be scripted on day one. Our researchers and manual workers run it at volume, and we automate whatever settles into a rule.

Research, enrichment, data cleanup, migrations, document capture, moderation.

03

In-house lead-gen systems

We build the outbound machine inside your business and hand you the keys. You own the system, the data and the infrastructure it runs on.

Channel audit, system build, profiles, mailboxes, domains and numbers, handover.

How it gets delivered

We’ll take the work wherever it sits on this line. We’ve got researchers and manual workers, so a project doesn’t have to be automatable on day one, and it moves right as the rules get clear.

Fully manual

Automation isn't possible yet, or isn't worth it. Our researchers and manual workers run the process for you, at volume.

Hybrid

Part automated, part human judgement. The most common shape, and usually the right one while the rules are still forming.

Fully automated

The rules are clear enough that the system runs itself, and one person can operate it.

How it works

Three steps. You can stop after the audit and take the document elsewhere.

  1. 01

    Audit

    $500 to $5,000

We look at how the work runs today: the process, the people touching it, the tech stack, the volumes, and where the hours actually go. For outbound, we also work out which channels fit your line of business, whether that's social, email, phone, or a mix.

    You get

A written document. What's worth automating now, what stays manual and why, what our team runs for you in the meantime, the system we'd build, the scope, and the price.

Skip this if you already know the project. Arrive with a defined brief and we'll price the build directly.

  2. 02

    Plan of the system

    Included in the build

We design the system before anyone builds it. What runs automatically, what still needs a person, where the handoffs sit, what it connects to, and what happens when something fails.

    You get

A build plan you can read and argue with: the architecture, the sequence, what we need from you, and the delivery milestones.

  3. 03

    Execution

    $5,000 to $100,000

We build it, run it against real volume, and correct it until the output holds up. Where the work still needs judgement, we staff it and run it in parallel while the rules get clear enough to automate.

    You get

A working system, the infrastructure it runs on, and a handover so one person on your side can operate it.

Work

Three builds, and what each one actually replaced.

01

20+

hires in the first 90 days, and one role deleted

Financial services company · Hiring · Voice AI

It hired 20 people in 90 days, then removed the job that used to do it.

Recruiters were spending their week reading CVs and running first calls that mostly went nowhere. We replaced the entire first round with an agent. Ninety days later the company had made more than twenty hires, and the screening position no longer existed.

What we built

  1. 01Score every CV out of 100 against the role
  2. 02Generate a question set per candidate: fixed questions plus custom ones drawn from their CV
  3. 03Contact only candidates scoring above 80, and book a call slot
  4. 04Run the call with a voice agent, in English or Spanish
  5. 05Transcribe the call and score the answers against the question set
  6. 06Generate a final-round question set from what the call revealed
  7. 07Hand the hiring manager a shortlist and the questions to ask

Result

  • 20+ hires in the first 90 days of the system running
  • The screening role was eliminated entirely
  • Only candidates scoring above 80 out of 100 reached a human
  • Spanish-speaking candidates were interviewed in Spanish without a second hire
  • Every call transcribed and scored, so the shortlist is auditable
02

5 days

for work that had already taken a month by hand

Real estate agency · Data migration · Documents

A month of manual archiving, finished in a working week.

Five years of sold properties, contracts and supporting documentation had to be captured and backed up. The agency had been doing it by hand for almost a month and was nowhere near finished. We took the remainder and ran it in parallel.

What we built

  1. 01Map every document type and where each one lived
  2. 02Define extraction rules per type, then verify them against a sample
  3. 03Run 60 AI agents in parallel across the remaining backlog
  4. 04Check output against source, correct the rules, re-run the failures
  5. 05Deliver a complete, structured, backed-up database

Result

  • Remaining backlog cleared in 5 working days
  • 60 AI agents working in parallel instead of a team working sequentially
  • Roughly 5 to 6 times cheaper than continuing by hand
  • Five years of sold properties, contracts and documentation, structured and backed up

100+

outbound systems built and handed over

Across B2B · Lead generation · Infrastructure

Over 100 outbound systems, each one run by a single person.

Most teams don't need an agency on retainer. They need the machine: built once, sized to their business, handed over. We audit the business, pick the channels that actually fit it, then build the system and the infrastructure it runs on.

What we built

  1. 01Audit the business and identify which channels fit: social, email, phone, or a combination
  2. 02Build from scratch, or adapt to the existing tech stack with minimal changes to it
  3. 03Acquire the infrastructure: social profiles, mailboxes, domains, phone numbers
  4. 04Automate fully or partially, depending on where judgement is still needed
  5. 05Hand over a system one person can run

Result

  • More than 100 systems built for in-house use
  • Each one runnable by a single operator
  • Channel mix chosen per business, never applied from a template
  • Client owns the system, the data and the infrastructure

Pricing

You pay for the audit, then once for the build. No retainer.

Audit

$500 to $5,000

Paid up front

Priced on the size of the process, not the size of your company. You keep the document whether or not you build with us.

Not needed if you arrive with a defined project.

Build

$5,000 to $100,000

Half to start, half on delivery

One fee for the project. The range is wide because a single voice agent and a full outbound system with its own infrastructure aren't the same job. The audit tells you where you'd sit before you commit to anything.

Nothing bills monthly. Once the build is delivered and handed over, the engagement ends, unless you want the next system.
